What You’ll Need 1 Shortbread Cookie Mix 1 Cup of Peeled and diced Apples 1/4 of Bacon Bits Cinnamon
Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees and cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper. First, we are going to make our cookie dough. In a large mixing bowl, combine cookie mix, 1 egg, 1/4 tbsp of vegetable oil, and 1/4 cup of water. Mix until all ingredients are blended, and lumps are gone and you have a ball of dough. Then add apple, and bacon. Mix thoroughly. Next, create balls out of your dough and place cookies on your cookie sheets and poke with a fork to prevent air bubbles. Add a small pinch on cinnamon to the tops of each cookie. Bake for 8-12 minutes.
Wait until the Apple Bacon Spice Cookies are completely cool before serving one to your perfect pooch! Refrigerate the remaining biscuits for up to one week.
